Business model is a blueprint for your strategy, strategy tells you where you want to go and business model how you are going to get there. According to Alex Osterwalder who wrote created the canvas, a business model…. This is a simple, straightforward definition that I think captures the essence of what a business model is. And it’s very important that we all share the same definition because it’s only this way that we can have
