 Identify 3 – 5 ways to reframe unhelpful thoughts.
 Know how to access self-help resources and guides to
fight unhelpful thoughts.
Aim: To introduce how unhelpful thoughts reduce our
confidence and how a positive mindset can increase our
resilience.
