4. K-C CoLab Innovation -
Site Improvement Revamp
Conducted a small Design Thinking
session with stakeholders where we
had identified pain points in the initial
design site and understanding the
business goals. I also conducted an
POV expert review to consolidated
issues and provide design
recommendation. There are majority
navigation issues and content strategy
in place that requires consistency.
We pushed the business to focus on
the site objectives and simplify the
design.

Supporting the global pilot project site to redesign
the KC-Professional US site to be a responsive on

Online A/B Testing for Efficient Work-
place content hub
An implementation of online testing campaigns for
UK and Germany websites. This project involved col-
laboration with the marketing teams in enhancing
and aligning test requirements with business goals,
development of online testing roadmaps, and regular
insights reporting. This project also involved significant
amount of collaboration with the development teams
and creative teams to produce relevant user experi-
ences and designs, and proper effort estimations. The
tools and platforms involved were primarily Adobe
Analytics, ClickTale, and Adobe Target.

A Huggies Singapore project in iPhone application to

First project in Kimberly-Clark as a
consultant 7 years ago. I Designed and Developed
this application using Xcelsius software tool.
Business Goals:
A sales tool capability solution use for KC Profes-

on Product cost in use that covered all SKU for ASE-
AN Region. That includes Australia, New Zealand,
