1. Hoe sta je ten opzichte van de commerciële aanpak voor de Get On Board sessies?
De manier van werken was uitstekend. De OpenERP sales medewerker begreep mijn behoeften vrij
snel en ik werd onmiddelijk aangeraden deel te nemen aan deze sessie. Het proces om deel te
nemen was vrij eenvoudig; ik hoefde er niets voor te doen!
2. Beantwoord deze training aan je behoeften?
Jawel! Ik kan mijn opportuniteiten, bestellingen, facturen en vrachtbrieven vlot beheren. Voorheen
maakten we onze facturen in Excel. We hadden echt nood aan een meer geïntegreerde oplossing op
niveau van sales flow. OpenERP versie 6 leek me ietswat ingewikkeld maar versie 7 is volledig anders.
Het is eenvoudiger om er mee te beginnen, heel instinctief!
3. Wat denk je van deze manier van training?
Met drie mensen was de training zeer interactief en met heel wat uitwisseling van informatie. Indien
er meer mensen bij geweest waren zou het moeilijk geweest zijn een dergelijke kwaliteit van training
te bekomen. In het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden. Ik ben 100% operationeel wat betreft het
begrijpen hoe alles in mekaar zit. Nu moet ik enkel nog wat informatie in mijn database ingeven en
mijn server automatisch laten opstarten. Ik zou een dergelijk resultaat nooit verwacht hebben van
slechts drie dagen training.
