Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives
School Philosophy
MLGCL practice competence and passion in a humanistic
educational process to produce better persons in the learner-
centered institution. As an overarching philosophy, it is
committed to the following guiding principles:
 Attitude comes first, aptitude comes next.
 Balance and comprehensive education that nurtures the
mind, body, and soul through pro-active learning activities.
 Mutual respect between the student and the teacher under
the precept that respect must be earned and not demanded.
School Philosophy
 Interactive teaching-learning process that urges the
implementation of “do not be silent” policy as to encourage
self-expression not in an empty noise but in meaningful
discourse for their holistic development.
 Developed life and career skills, learning and innovation
skills, and information, media, and technology skills in an
integrated and contextualized teaching-learning process
 Nurturance and encouragement of academic freedom.
 No to the environment of fear, intimidation, and forced
obedience in the process of learning.
 Emphasis on the family spirit wherein everybody takes care
of each other.
Vision
As learner-centered institution, MLGCL
hopes every Filipino to be a better person
wherein competitiveness and passion lives
in their core in the humanistic educational
process contributory to the progressive
nation building.
Mission
That our services as learning institution
leads to the promotion and protection
of the rights of every Filipino and must
result in competence, confidence, and
self-actualization among Graduates
through quality, equitable, and culture-
based education.
Mission
That the teachers being a role model to the
students as the institute’s most valuable
resource in fostering competitive
performance as a means to raise and/or
sustain the quality of our instruction through
integration of quality, dynamism, and
creativity in our methods, strategies and
activities essential to our success.
Mission
That parents, communities, and other
stakeholders partake responsibilities and
support in the learning process by ensuring
the safety and harmonious learning
environment.
Goals and Objective
Our main goal is promotion of academic
excellence to produce quality graduates
reflected as better persons equipped with
intelligence competence, and passion as a
community influencer in embracing advances
in the changing world.
