Azure is Microsoft’s cloud computing platform, a
growing collection of integrated services—analytics,
computing, database, mobile, networking, storage
and web—for moving faster, achieving more and

What is Cloud Computing ?
In the simplest terms, cloud computing means storing and
accessing data and programs over the Internet instead of your
computer’s hard drive.
The cloud is just a metaphor for the Internet.

application to which you subscribe is housed.

IT could be a large room in the basement of your building or a
room full of servers on the other side of the word that you
access via the internet.

A distribution server publishes content received from another
streaming source, such as another Windows Media server.

The origin server is the source of the content being streamed
by the distribution server.
