Build a Beautiful Lego House by simulating every aspect of the
Scrum process

Rules of the Game
• Divide into groups of 5 - 7 participants
• Divide House Building project into two sprints
• Choose roles among teams like Proxy Product Owner /
  Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer (s) and Tester (s)
• Sprint Planning Meeting – 5 Mins
• Stand up – 2 mins
• Sprint execution: 15 – 20 Minutes
• Sprint Demo: 5 Minutes
• Retrospective Meeting: 5 Minutes

Product Vision of Scrum Lego Game

Build a House with Legos in two sprints. We will practice
Agile to build a Beautiful House with fully fledged features.
The House needs to fulfill some acceptance criteria
 according to the user stories given by product owner.
Scrum Master will keep track of time, progress, and ensure
that rules are followed
