Project Digital Life Front End (DLFE) Role Developer Tools PEGA PRPC 6.3, Pega Configurator framework Project Description DLFE project is related to build an application to be used by Agent of an Insurance company from Singapore to create new Insurance policies. This project aims to replace insurance paper forms by electronic forms, and provide for electronic capture of data, underwriting and policy issuance. The application is running in both countries Thailand and Singapore. The PEGA product configurator Framework is being build using PEGA PRPC 6.3 SP2 in this project. Responsibilities  Supporting the Production environment and working in new enhancements provided.  Delivering and resolving the tickets rose in Production environment for the project in a stipulated time.  Understanding and implementation of new requirements and enhancements.  Working with Flows/SLAs, Agents, Connectors, Services, File Listener, PCF components like Plan,Riders in a PRPC 6.3 system.  Efficient and timely delivery of various requirements like Management Reports and BAU Reports to the project team of both application of Thailand and Singapore.  Monitoring the business in both the countries and reporting if any unknown issue noticed and resolving the same.  Restarting the servers when the Production is unhealthy.  Preparation of the various technical and functional documents before deploying any fixes to the Production system.  Doing the technical feasibility analysis of the change request and new requirements that are coming.  Interacting with multiple vendors and client for successful mitigation of work. 2. Project Agent Desktop Role Developer Tools PEGA with CPM Framework Project Description Agent desktop project is related to build an application to be used by CSR of a bank from Canada to perform different kind of user 2
requested actions like Balance Transfer, PIN Management, Credit Line Management, Fraud and Money Transfer etc. The Pega Card CPM framework is used for the project. Responsibilities  Understanding and implementation of new requirements and enhancements.  Working with Flows, Agents, Connectors, Services, Activities in a PRPC 6.2 system.  Efficient and timely delivery of various modules.  Understanding, tracking and resolving defects which are logged in UAT phase to ensure a seamless delivery.  Preparation of the various technical and functional documents and Unit and System Test cases.  Providing production support and resolving issues within SLAs.  Doing the technical feasibility analysis of the change request and new requirements that are coming.  Interfacing with multi-vendors and other client partners for successful mitigation of work. 3. Project DB Management Asset Role Developer Project Description The purpose of building this utility is to ease up developer’s effort while working closely with PRPC Database. A PRPC OOTB feature does not facilitates developers or Administrators with a sophisticated interface for database management. This Utility provides Interactive Interface which can be used effectively for efficient DB Management. It can be used to Find and truncate or delete any PRPC table and also DDL and DML queries can be executed through its interface. Tools Pega( PRPC 6.2 version) 3
