Mr. Prasada Rao has more than
40 years of experience in
manufacturing industry. His
experience covers both
engineering project management
and equipment manufacturing,
consisting of process equipment
design and manufacturing,
cement plant design and
construction, earthmoving
equipment manufacturing and
total project management of
Satellite Testing Facility for ISRO.
A self-groomed technocrat and a
practitioner of the mantra of
Value for money, both personally
and professionally. Spent his
growing years in multiple Indian
cities . This exposure gives him
the multi-lateral ability to
naturally understand and
simulate multiple cultures –
something that stands in good
stead for him given his
interactions with the 1000+ pan

Mahesh V L has been in the CAD
CAM/ CAE industry for over 18
years. He graduated with an
Engineering degree in Industrial
& production from Mysore
University. Prior to BEACON, he
has worked in various positions
spanning research, sales and
management. This adversity has
been instrumental in BEACON
