    Meeting to learn a specific tool or task


•   Information & resources provided to allow
    participants to replicate the training in their
    state/institution

•   Using eXtension search functions
•   Mobile note taking with Evernote
•   Sharing Learn as a professional
    development opportunity with adminstrators
Examples of opportunities

•   Use 15 minutes of an existing
    meeting/program - or an institutional team
    meeting
•   Use at program meetings to break up the
    agenda
•   Add to an administrative meeting
•   Spice up an office or other meeting
Example: Lunch & Learn

•   Virtual or in person (Penn State virtual; OSU
    in person)


•   Can be creative and combine social time
    with learning


•   OSU - 15 minutes to eat and talk; 15-20
    minute presentation; 10 minute Q&A; 10
    minute "cool down" to finish conversations,
    talk more, etc.
How to participate

•   Commit your team to using one of the
    modules this year; more is better!
•   Give us ideas of topics you need (put them
    in the chat box or email us)
