Infosys is an Indian IT services company founded in 1981 by N.R. Narayana Murthy. It provides business consulting, software engineering, and outsourcing services. Infosys has partnerships with companies like Microsoft and Oracle. It has received awards for being one of the best managed companies in Asia and for its innovative cloud ecosystem hub. Infosys has grown from a small startup to one of the largest IT services companies in the world through successful execution of its business model and redefining customer needs in the industry.

INFOSYS is the indian multinational provider of business consulting, information technology software engineering and outsourcing services.  It is the third largest india based IT services company by 2012 revenues and the second largest employer of h-1b visa professional in united state.
NARAYANA MURTHY • NARAYANA MURTHY is an indian IT industrialist and the FOUNDER of infosys. • At IIM he worked on india ‘s first time sharing computer system and designed and implemented a BASIC interpreter for electronic corporation of india limited. • He started infosys in 1981 and served as its CEO from 1981 to 2002 and as a chairman from 2002 to 2011.
 1981- Infosys is established by N. R. Narayana Murthy and six engineers in Pune. Signs up its first client, Data Basics Corporation, in New York.  1983- Relocates corporate headquarters to Bangalore.  1987- Opens first international office in Boston, US.  1993- Introduces Employee Stock Options (ESOP) program.
 1994 - Moves corporate headquarters to Electronic City, Bangalore. Opens a development center at Fremont  1995 - Opens first European office in the UK and global development centers at Toronto and Mangalore. Sets up e-Business practice.  1996 - The Infosys Foundation is established.  1998 - Starts Enterprise Solutions practice.  1999 - Infosys becomes the 21st company in the world to achieve a CMM Level 5 certification.
 2001 - Infosys is rated as the Best Employer by Business World/Hewitt.  2006 - Employees grow to 50,000+ N. R. Narayana Murthy retires from the services of the company on turning 60.  2009 - Infosys selected as a member of The Global Dow.  2013 - On 1 June 2013, Mr. Narayana Murthy, one of the founding members of Infosys and its long time CEO, returned back from his retirement to assume office in Infosys as its Executive Chairman.
 AEROSPACE:- Design of A380 Inboard Fixed Trailing Edge.  AUTOMOTIVE:- Model for Combustion Pressure inside Engine.  BUSINESS SOFTWARE & ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS:- Design and development of Internet security product suite.  MEDICAL DEVICES:- Innovation in all aspects of medical image-analysis platform and biochemical- markers in drug development for a CRO.
The partnership focuses on developing solutions That incorporate infosys it and the alliance partner technology and services.  MICROSOFT  ORACLE  SAP
 The company was ranked number one among the best managed companies in Asia Pacific in the annual Euromoney BestManaged Companies in Asia survey, 2013.  The company also won the Oracle Excellence Award for Specialized Partner of the Year – North America in both Financial Management and Human Capital Management categories, at Oracle OpenWorld2012.  Infosys Cloud Ecosystem Hub won the 2012 Golden Peacock Award for the most innovative product/service.
Infosys is the incredible story of success and successfull execution of business model ,The company has entered red ocean market with Insignificant stake and power in market . Business models proposed by infosys redefined market needs,improved service time and quality and conceptually change the game rules that bigger players where following.
