I like innovation new product new market new business model choose 1 of 3 -> often internal innovation choose 2 of 3 -> often open innovation (with partners)
I hate NDA's Is your idea so weak that it needs protection? value of an idea= 0 sharing idea's= gaining momentum protecting idea's= slowing down execution
I also dislike patents Patents are to innovation as condoms are to sex intellectual monopoly = only good to block others when your own execution fails
I love disruption new product new market new business model the iRail team choose 3 of 3 -> disruptive innovation (hell yeah!)
First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win! Do it the Gandhi way to innovate: 1) get your story straight (we believe...) 2) find your followers (create a tribe) 3) put your soul into it (dare to go all the way)
