GoOV is an app on a smartphone that communicates with several open databases for public transport, GPS, Google maps. If a pre-set destination is chosen, GoOV provides ‘the best’ route, based on pre-set personal preferences programmed in the portal. When the travelers starts GoOV, the call center ‘sees’ and supports him actively or passively, based on the information provided by the app. The caretaker can also ‘see’ the traveler in their portal.
