Helps to procure the raw material and stocks by running a MRP
for the month based on Orders in Hand and forecasting based on

generated e-mails.
Helps to create purchase inquiry, purchase quotation and
Purchase orders
Ensures that the procured material and stocks are of acceptable
quality and quantity.
Helps to procure the stocks at best price and on time.

Product Life management
 This module is closely related to manufacturing and

 Ensures the full control on production as designed on the

Payroll Management
 From Bio-Metric punch to calculation of wages payable and printing
of monthly payroll and payslips
 It includes calculation of Weekly Offs, Casual Leaves, Earned Leaves
etc and also the Overtime or Compensatory Off to be given.
 It calculates ESI,PF, Advances deduction if any.
 Enabled to transfer the entire Company payroll payments to
individual Employees by uploading an auto-created .csv file to the
bank thru their e-payments mode.
 Annual computing for Earned Leaves to be credited and Bonus to be

Asset management
Asset Management is designed to maintain control over all of the
organization's assets, even if at different locations..
 This Module is closely related to all departments of the
organization.
 Here we can store all information of every asset with in
organization. It also calculates the Gross Block, Net Block and
the Annual and the Cumulative Depreciation of each asset
 Reduces duplication of effort in entry and maintaining asset data
 Control the cost of spare parts and consumable
 This module help the organization to capture ,store and retain all
the records,information of all the complaints, improvements,
Corrective actions taken in the organization.
 Primarily this module is used for analyzing complaints and
deciding Corrective and Preventive Actions.
