David is an accomplished healthcare executive with a proven track record in
clinical transformation, quality, service excellence, financial performance,
mission effectiveness and enhancing the common good. Named by Modern
Healthcare among the Top 25 Minority Healthcare Executives and the 100 Most
Powerful People in Healthcare, David has held a number of prominent healthcare
positions including Chief Operating Officer for Catholic Healthcare Partners
(CHP), now known as Mercy Health which operates 23 hospitals across Ohio and
Kentucky, where he was responsible for total system operations. In 2007, he was
elected a Regent-at-Large for District 3 of The American College of Healthcare
Executives. As Chief Operating Officer of a multi-state healthcare system, David

operational and cultural turnarounds, major capital/facility expansion programs,
and strong medical staff and community partnerships. During his 17 year tenure
with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, he firmly established himself as a “go to” leader
for high-value and high-visibility, mission critical assignments. After stabilizing a
significant ambulatory services organization, Jeffrey led two 500-bed teaching
hospitals as their CEO to develop high quality cost-effective cultures.

more than 10,000 employees. He led the visioning, execution, and evolution
of the health system’s transformation into a high-performing population health

in the Atlanta, Georgia market. Frank has served as the CEO of several
collaborations as well as the Chief Operating Officer of the Cleveland Clinic
during its expansion period and has dedicated his career to helping non-profit
healthcare organizations in seeking strategic affiliations which strengthen their

States. An accomplished healthcare executive, he has significantly influenced

management oversight, operational performance and vision. Dennis’ experiences
