    customs, policies, laws, and institutions affecting the
    way a corporation (or company) is directed,
    administered or controlled .Corporate governance
    also includes the relationships among the many
    stakeholders involved and the goals for which the
    corporation is governed.

    Nilekani ,Kris Gopalakrishanan, S.D. Shibulal K
    Dinesh and with N.S Raghvan .
   The company was incorporated as "Infosys
    Consultants Pvt Ltd." in Model Colony, Pune as the
    registered office

    all aspect and above all the company thinks of
    its employees first then about anything else.
