2. How to monitor your finance
Comidor offers a module dedicated to finance management. It consists
of 3 units: income, expenses and budgeting.
INCOME
In the Income unit you can record all
the income of your company.
Create a new income record simply by
clicking the “New” button (+).
The “Income” form
appears. Add a short
description of the
transaction and select its
category (Accounting
code).
Αdd the financial details:
Income: the net amount
Debit: the total amount (including all
taxes and extra charges)
Cash in: the already received amount
(e.g. advanced payment)

3. Then you can relate the
record with any account,
project, schedule,
opportunity or contract.
Click the “Save” button.
Finally, you can click the “Review” button and get a graphic chart for the
Income in yearly and monthly basis
EXPENSES
You can also monitor your expenses. Create a new record of expenses by
clicking the “New” button.
Add a short description, and
choose the appropriate
category of the expense.
Complete the financial details:
Expenses: the net amount
Debit: the total amount (including all
taxes and extra charges)
Cash out: the already paid amount (e.g.
advanced payment or monthly charge)

4. You can relate the record with any account, project, schedule or
opportunity.
Then click the “Save” button.
In the main screen of the expenses you can monitor the sums of your
transactions in numeric way.

Expenses in yearly and monthly basis

5. BUGDETING
The last unit is Budgeting. In budgeting you can make predictions of
your financial transactions, in monthly, yearly or any other period you
like in order to make reports.
You can create a new budgeting
record by clicking the “New”
button.
Fill in the fields (they are the same
fields as income and expenses, but
here you use them for predictions)
and click the “Save” button.
Through the budgeting unit you can see in graphical way the Balance
and the Cashflow.
Balance: Graph chart comparing Income and Expenses in yearly and
monthly basis. Click the top right button “Balance”.
Cashflow: Graph chart comparing Cash In to Cash Out in yearly and
monthly basis. Click the top right button “Cashflow”.
