The new RI strategy – what this means for Raleigh Borneo? • Improving our country strategy – Looking objectively at our projects & assessing the needs of the future projects – Meeting with Project Partners and Sponsors to discuss new strategy Why? • To ensure shared vision with Project Partners & Sponsors, strengthening the relationship • Make the partnership equal between Raleigh & Project Partners • Indentifying clear indicators to measure success • Provides a basis for monitoring and evaluation 2
What else have Raleigh Borneo been up to? • Celebrated 10 years of working in Borneo • Hosted a Trustee with the Head of Recruitment, Delivery and Communications • Completed a lot of successful and worthwhile projects • Met with potential new project partners • Met with the Special Olympics Committee 3
