The ArcGIS Platform and Commitment
 The ArcGIS platform is a complete system for designing and managing
solutions using geographic knowledge. It allows you to perform deep
analysis, gain a greater understanding of your data, and make more
informed decisions.
 Esri are committed to the continued development of the ArcGIS platform.
We seek to advance GIS functionality and encourage individuals in many
fields to share, connect, and integrate efforts to manage our world.
 The ArcGIS platform aims to deliver updates three times a year. With every
ArcGIS update, we incorporate fixes but also enhancements and even new
features and concepts.
 A robust Product Life Cycle Support Policy is utilised to help communicate
to Esri users the technical support resources available during a product's
life span.
