Wipro helped a large consumer electronics retailer achieve energy savings across their 1000+ stores in the USA. Wipro implemented an energy management platform to remotely monitor and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical assets. This allowed for proactive issue resolution, standardized store operations, and helped the retailer achieve energy savings targets and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2020, six years ahead of schedule. The solution processed 20 million data records daily and improved remote call resolution by 15%, saving on dispatch costs. Over 150 billion watt-hours were saved.
