• PRs: Admissions decrease from 33,510 in October to 25,925 in November. November Year-over-year change (change from 2020 in parentheses): Economic - PNP
5.6% (61.7%), Economic - Federal -67.5% (78.8%), Family -42.8% (32.8%), Refugees 3.4% (130.9%)
• Applications: Given time delays in entering application data, am using a six month time lag. From 21,560 in April (time delays greater) to 17,937 in May. May year-over-year change (change from 2020): -85.7% (-13.1%).
• Express Entry and Arrima Invitations to Apply: From 9,000 in October (0 Arrima) to 10,498 in November (998 Arrima). November year-over-year change (change from 2020): 639.3% (-27.6%)
• Web “Immigrate to Canada”: Increase from 614,314 in November (outside Canada) to 430,087 in December (seasonal). December year-over-year change (change from 2020): 24.7% (23.0%)
• TR to PRs transition (i.e., those already in Canada): Decline from 5,565 in October (some double counting) to 3,890 in November. November year-over-year change (change from 2020): -89.6% (-45.9%)
• Temporary Residents:
