Lenora V It’s so good and hopefully it gets a second season Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/14/24 Full Review The K Unfortunately, the show has a good premise, but falls short of actually getting to the point. The superpowers of pubescents is a common trope used in the comic universe. Between the time hopping, the lack of character development, and the obvious errors about schools and how they operate, it just simply misses the mark. The tween actors are definitely the stars as the adults take a back seat throughtout the season which is the reason it is 1.5 stars. It is like watching a Lifetime series set in Canada written preCOVID. It does not become interesting until episode 5 and even then the viewer is left without needed background information. Maybe if the writing were stronger, the editing less jumpy, and more research went into the life of a middle schooler, it could get at least 2 stars.
