A Quiet Place: Day One” presented the opportunity to answer questions the first two movies didn’t exactly need to but it didn't. Maybe the filmmakers needed to give us a reason to watch “A Quiet Place Part III,” which seems likely the next step.

Slow developing. Hoped for more details about how authorities determined who was attacking, how they fought back and discovered the need for silence and the aliens fear of water. Smaller story that did not really address some of the immediate questions. At least it wasnt three hours long. OK. Nothing great.
