By accessing or using this Site and Our services, You agree to be bound by our subscription terms below and our Site Terms.

The following terms and conditions comprise our Subscription Terms

You can only be a member of our OK! Beauty Box Subscription Service if You are within United Kingdom (Territory).

If We have to contact You We  will do so by writing to You at the email address You  provided to us in Your order.

"Writing" includes emails.

When We use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

How We will accept Your order.

Our acceptance of Your order will take place when You are presented with the order confirmation page, at which point a contract will come into existence between You and us.

If We cannot accept Your order.

If We are unable to accept Your order, We will inform You of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which We  could not reasonably plan for, because We  have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because We  are unable to meet a delivery deadline You  have specified.

Your order number.

We will assign an order number to Your order and tell You what it is when We accept Your order. It will help us if You can tell us the order number whenever You contact us about Your .

We only sell to customers residing in England, Wales and Scotland (Territory). Our Website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, We do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the Territory.

Your Subscription

This is a monthly prepaid subscription whereby the full amount for the order for the Product is taken at the time of purchase. You may cancel up to 5 days before Your subscription is due to renew. You  can do this Yourself in Your My Account area or contact OK! Beauty Box Customer Service at Here

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the total subscription cost.

When will my box be delivered?

New boxes are always launched on the 15th of each month. Boxes will start being dispatched from the17th of the month and can take up to 1-2 working days to be processed. After this, We will aim to dispatch Your box within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email update when Your box has been dispatched. Deliveries can be expected 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after the dispatch email is received.

Your Customer Account

Once You have made a purchase with us You 'll need to create an account so that You can manage Your subscription. This is super easy and only takes 30 seconds.

How do I create an ?

Payments:

Your subscription will automatically renew for each month unless You  cancel it and You  hereby authorise us to charge You  and take payment each month until such time as You  have cancelled Your membership in accordance with this contract. By submitting Your payment information to us, You  authorise us to charge You  via the applicable payment method at our convenience and You represent that You  will not use any form of payment unless You have all necessary authorisation to do so. We  can only accept payment in pounds Sterling. We accept debit and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Visa Electron. In the unlikely event that Your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with OK! Beauty Box, you are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, You are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005) (together “the Distance Selling Regulations”), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to You by the card issuer.

Recurring payments will be charged on the same date as when You subscribe and thereafter on a monthly basis on the payment date You have nominated unless You cancel Your subscription.

How do I cancel?

In the event You wish to cancel Your subscription, You must do so 5 days before the next payment charge month to avoid any charge and auto renewal otherwise Your order may still be processed. If it’s a bank holiday, You may need to cancel earlier. You can ether contact our customer services team .

If You wish to cancel and return Your box, there will be a minimum charge for return of £5.00 per box postage and processing .

BOX & DELIVERY INFORMATION

What’s in Your Monthly Box

Each month, OK! Beauty Box and Our team of beauty professionals will curate a box of beauty products for You to enjoy along with 2 vouchers to the OK Weekly magazine (Products). These Products will be provided to You as part of the Subscription service and may change each month. Some of these Products are perishable and so, if You want to return or exchange them We can only do this in accordance with Our Returns Policy.

We  reserve the right to change Products at any time without further notice and We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and We  may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Products displayed on our Site may be unavailable and so We can’t guarantee that You will always get exactly the same products as detailed on the Site as We may need to make substitutions.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures.

The images of the Products and our Product packaging on our Website or in our magazine are for illustrative purposes only. Your Product and the packaging of the Products may vary slightly from those images.

Orders, Delivery and the Information We need from You.

To pay for an Order, You will need to provide OK! Beauty Box with the information necessary to process an Order from You, including Your shipping address and the billing information requested on the Site to pay for such order.

Will I get Free Delivery?

Our Subscription usually include the costs of shipping, though some geographical charges apply and these which will be added to your total purchase price as appropriate - Click here for more details.

RETURNS POLICY  

If there is a problem with the product

If You have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us via our contact form Here.

REFUNDS

As the nature of our products is perishable, We can only accept returns made within 30 working days of You receiving our order. When returning Products, please pack Your box securely and include Your full name and delivery address along with Your return. We will not be able to refund Your box if We cannot identify Your account. You will remain responsible for Your box and all costs incurred for postage until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that You send Your box with a traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid, We do not accept cash on delivery deliveries.

In the event Your Product is lost or damaged, We may offer you a refund or replacement (such agreement shall not affect Your consumer rights). A refund will be made to Your Account (by way of an Account Credit) , or if a replacement is agreed, this will be posted to the same place as Your original order was made. We will not be held responsible if You or Your shipping agent have inputted an incorrect address and their order has been shipped there, nor will We be responsible if a user has processed an incorrect number of orders.

ACCOUNT CREDITS

You can see the current balance of credits in Your account by logging onto the Site and viewing the “My Account” pages. You may receive credits for actions on the site, referring friends, or from OK! Beauty Box after problems with Your order. Credits in Your account are only valid for purchases made through the Site and will expire 12 months after Your last purchase from the Site (or credit receiving action from the Site if more recent).

PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy governs Your use of Our Site and Our OK! Beauty Box Service. Please take a look here. Our Site also operates with Third Parties to take payment or to make age verification checks, please read their Privacy Policies Shopify, Stripe, Recharge and PayPal.

FREE DELIVERY

Please note that while we may offer site-wide free delivery, we are unable to do so on certain heavily discounted offers. If any surcharge applies this will be detailed to you upon Checkout. OK! Beauty Box reserves the right to modify or terminate the OK! Beauty Box Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. OK! Beauty Box reserves the right to alter this terms or other Site policies at any time, so please review the policies regularly. If OK! Beauty Box makes a material change, OK! Beauty Box will notify You here, by email, by means of a notice on our home page, or other places OK! Beauty Box deems appropriate. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at OK! Beauty Box's sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for losses You  suffer as a result of us breaking this warranty or agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Products You have purchased. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We  are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but limited to loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; or waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
