• Steve Kremer, Directeur 1ère classe at INRIA (Institut national de recherche en sciences et technologies numérique) in Nancy, France - Member
• Isabelle Kolber, head of laboratory at SEBES (Syndicat des eaux d'Esch-sur-Sûre - Luxembourg) - Member
• Letizia Lukas, Coordinateur des projets de digitalisation at  Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse (Luxembourg) - Member
