With 35M+ active small businesses on LinkedIn, we’re excited to introduce a new offering - Premium Company Pages, as well as a number of new tools. 

Premium Company Pages

Recognizing the need for small-to-medium businesses (SMB) to grow, consistently engage and convert prospective clients, we’re excited to launch Premium Company Pages. With this new offering, you can:

  • Attract and convert more clients: Increase engagement by adding a custom call-to-action button to help generate leads, like ‘visit website’ or ‘book appointment’ that appears at the top of the Page, feed posts and search results. 
  • Grow potential prospects: Auto-invite individuals who engage with your company pages’ content or with similar pages to follow your page. 
  • See who visited your Page: Premium Page admins will receive insight into who visited their Page (subject to member settings).  
  • Build credibility with testimonials: Build trust and highlight unique business accolades that help prospects make the decision to work with you. Companies can showcase recent awards, certifications, client testimonials and press mentions - right at the top of the Page as well as search results. The Page will also receive a gold “IN” badge to signal that they have Premium, helping build their credibility further. 
  • Grow faster with AI-powered content: Our AI-powered writing assistant can transform content ideas you draft into well articulated posts, enabling businesses to spend more time driving conversation and engaging with their audiences. 
  • Additional benefits: Eligible Premium Pages paid subscribers also get as part of their package $500 ad credits on LinkedIn, 3 months free access to DropBox, Microsoft 365, GoDaddy and Hootsuite, and have special discounts to Intuit quickbooks and MixPanel A/B testing.

Our Premium Company Pages offering is rolling out and is expected to be globally available by the end of July.

New Ways to Showcase Your Services with Premium Business 

We know that AI is a crucial tool for small businesses and entrepreneurs to save time and focus on what matters most - human connection. In fact, a recent survey found that 50% of U.S. service providers have used AI to make their job easier. To support this growing community of 9+ million service providers on LinkedIn, we’re releasing a number of new Premium Business enhancements, including:   

  • Prominently showcase services: showcase rich media and reviews directly on their profile in a dedicated Services Showcase section. 
  • Grow the number of prospects reaching out: Subscribers can add a “Request Services” custom button to generate leads, that appears on their profile, personal posts, messages and search results, expanding their business’s reach across LinkedIn. In addition, when buyers look for a service provider, they now have the option to check a box for “Yes, share my request with additional providers,” exclusively sharing their service request with additional Premium Business subscribers who provide the service they’re looking for, helping providers gain leads, and customers find more relevant providers to help them meet their goals.
  • Enhanced profile visibility: To further boost discoverability and grow their network, we’ll feature Premium Business member profiles in exclusive placements.
  • Start a conversation more easily with AI: With Premium Business’s unlimited search, you can find and reach potential business leads with custom invites, attach unlimited messages to connection requests, and use InMail to directly reach prospects through multiple channels, which is 4.6x more effective in hearing back than cold email. With the help of AI, subscribers can save time getting started on a draft to a new potential client, and edit drafts they’ve written with AI to increase their chances of hearing back.

While these tools are the newest features in our LinkedIn Premium Business, they’re just a few of the 15+ value-driven enhancements we've added over the past year for subscribers, including access to over 22,000 LinkedIn Learning courses and professional certificates, with more than 600 courses on AI.

This is an exciting new offering to help small and medium-sized businesses grow their brands and reach more potential customers.  One key question - how is LinkedIn defining what qualifies as a "small-to-medium" business for eligibility for these  Providing clarity on the company size requirements would be helpful for businesses to understand if they are eligible.

I'd like to understand how some of these features are more related to personal profiles but still included with the premium pages offering. Does it mean all the employees from this page have access to these new features, or only the admins / selected people?
