Last month, Yahoo showed up in full force to the Grace Hopper Celebration - the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists. Our talent acquisition team spent the week connecting with candidates and proudly representing TechCrunch, Autoblog, MAKERS Women, and more of our brands. Thank you to all of our employees who worked hard to put this together and represent Yahoo at GHC. 'Til next year! 💜
Great to see Yahoo making a strong presence at the Grace Hopper Celebration! As a software engineer with a master's degree, I truly appreciate the emphasis on diversity and representation in the tech industry. It's inspiring to see companies like Yahoo actively engaging with events like GHC. As an experienced software developer along with my Master's degree in Computer Science and my internship as a Software Developer intern, I'm eager to contribute and work with Yahoo. #yahoo #Creativity #SoftwareDeveloper #Innovation #softwaredeveloper #frontenddeveloper #newgrad #softwareengineer #fullstackdeveloper #reactdeveloper #reactdevelopers #newgraduates

4moI have an important question... I have had a Yahoo email for more than 20 years. A few months ago, suddenly, Yahoo made a unilateral decision and did not send an SMS containing a confirmation code to mobile phone numbers in Iran. Now, I don't have access to my email and its contents for some time, and Yahoo's customer care doesn't give a proper answer either. Even my phone call is rejected because it is from Iran. As an ordinary person who has received and sent his important information in Yahoo's email for years, now I have encountered Yahoo's neglect, is it because I am in Iran? What is this policy that Yahoo has taken? Yahoo must be responsible and accountable to all its users. I don't ask for much... I just want to be able to enter my email by sending a confirmation code to my mobile phone.
