Pride Month was the perfect time to reaffirm our commitment to the LGBT+ community and to celebrate diversity across our global offices. This year, Wavestone celebrated #PrideDay 🌈 on Friday, June 21, with hundreds of employees participating in various engaging activities. Here are some highlights from this memorable day: 🥞 Breakfasts and quizzes: Enjoyable moments to kick off the day, test knowledge on LGBT+ topics and win prizes. 🤝 Roundtable discussion: LGBT+ employees from various offices shared their experiences and stories about their professional lives at Wavestone. 💃 Waacking workshop: In Lyon, a one-hour introduction to waacking, a dance style blending acting, technique, groove, and attitude, was held. 🌈 Participation in Munich's Pride Parade under Wavestone's colors 📰 Special magazine edition: For the occasion, our Diversity & Inclusion magazine, SPECTRUM, released a special "PRIDE" edition Since September 27, 2019, Wavestone has been a signatory of the LGBT+ charter. This demonstrates our dedication to ensuring the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals. Pride Month celebrations are an integral part of this commitment, alongside other actions such as training for HR and management teams and the involvement of role models. These efforts are paying off, with 98% of our employees considering Wavestone as #LGBT+ friendly! We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive without fear of discrimination or prejudice. Together, we make Wavestone a place where diversity is celebrated and valued every day. ✨
