#InterSolar, the melting pot of the industry, which after all the ups and downs is back big time, with global solar pv installations exceeding 2TW this year. However, what has been the basis of that immense success - low cost, favourable environmental footprint and the sheer speed of deploying new capacity - turned into the main challenge for solar nowadays: How can electricity grids cope with even more solar in the system?
