Thank you for sharing this but I would like to take this moment and also express my disappointment as no recruiter has ever got back to me on the many job applications I have sent to TikTok for the past 4 years ++ to date. It has always been on my wish list to work with some companies around the world and TikTok is one of them so I hope TikTok Malaysia can hire me as I believe I am very passionate about executing my role in TikTok with high motivation and passion. Thank you Everyone :)
Also seems that my applications for roles (in Los Angeles, and similar to my current roles) at TikTok, weren't received in the system. Typically there would be at least an auto yay or nay - but they sit in the website "pending" for ages...hmm...
Serious question - what happens when/If TikTok is actually banned in the US? How does this affect US based employees?
As a former employee, do not recommend this company!
applying
Applied many times and never will be shortlisted !
TikTok is one of the most horrible companies EVER. Can you please give me the rights to my music on TikTok? Stop rejecting my claim! I’m so fed up with your policies blocking me from resubmitting for 180 days. Do you think that’s acceptable? I’m gonna figure out a way to sue you. Please contact me.
I have never had a single TikTok recruiter get back with me. In fact I've got inmails fron TikTok recruiters that have since ghosted me.
awesome!

1moI've applied a handful of times to different roles, all which I feel I am a great fit for. But, within 24 hours or sooner, I receive their rejection email. They seem to post jobs a lot, but do they actually hire anyone? I am in the Bay Area (but would accept a remote role), I am qualified, I am available and ready to work. What do I need to do to actually be interviewed? 😌
