SAP had a panel discussion on Empowering Innovation and Inspiring Innovation as part of the Global Kickoff for #internationalwomensday2024 We all need allies - I'm fortunate to have many men and women who propel me forward constantly Determination, drive and courage - keys to success coupled with empathy and equality. Thank you Supriya Jha for keeping it real with the constant juggling and balancing acts we do everyday to meet and exceed daily expectations and goals. Mentorship is an extremely important element - to identify career drivers and constantly expanding our network to include alliances As if listening to these wonderful women wasn’t sufficient, SAP is creating role models - SAP has 35.7% upwards of women in our workforce - SAP has almost 22% in executive ranks - SAP has returnship program tracking at 66% which is the most impressive KPI for me. As a mom, several times I've debated stepping out but this company is striving to provide the flexibility to lean in and lean on. Kudos to SAP - every one of us has a part to play and together we can get where we want to go! 🎉 #thebestrunsap #bestcompanytoworkfor #womeninbusiness #womenempoweringwomen

Here is your #MondayInspiration. SAP just released its 2023 D&I report with progress updates on how the company is nurturing D&I in every part of the organization and across the industry. Students who have taken a social entrepreneurship and sustainable development course with me know that I use these corporate reports to analyze and discuss social impact goals, programs, and metrics in class. They also learn about the role of technology in driving positive change in our society. SAP's report is a wonderful example of #tech4good. The report includes numerous examples of how SAP collaborated with customers and partners to apply an inclusive lens in product development. I'm happy to share something special with you today – the launch of our 2023 SAP Corporate Social Responsibility eBook. It's been an incredible year, witnessing the power of our combined efforts within the CSR community alongside our partners and committed colleagues around the globe. This eBook is a compilation of their remarkable stories and the tangible change they've brought about. It's these narratives that motivate us to continue our journey forward, together. Our 2023 momentum was the result of a critical strategic shift in our CSR approach. We reshaped education initiatives through implementing ‘learn to earn’ pathways to increase employability for young people, and placed focus on how we can support social businesses through financial and nonfinancial avenues. For example, in teaming up with UNICEF and Generation Unlimited, SAP Educate to Employ was born, aimed at equipping underserved and under-resourced youth with in-demand, job-ready skills for the jobs of the future. This is key in addressing current global challenges, such as the talent crunch for the digital economy and green transition. To SAP employees, volunteering and pro bono consulting have become essential parts of their career path. These are now integral to our DNA, recognized for tangible benefits such as creating social impact and personal and professional growth, illustrating how deeply CSR values are woven into our organization. Last year was a pivotal chapter for us. Beyond the strategies and milestones, we are proud to have made a true impact on the lives we have been able to touch. Every initiative, every skill shared, and every platform provided helps to make the world run better. I hope that this year’s edition will inspire you to act and lead meaningful change not only for today but for future generations: https://lnkd.in/e7RVBG4b #CSR #SAPImpact #SocialResponsibility #Leadership #SAP4Good

Some awesome insights from women who have already walked the path. Read the advice from those in Mastering SAP Women in SAP Spotlight. My current favourite "Engage with the SAP community through forums, LinkedIn groups, webinars, and conferences. These platforms are not just for learning; they’re also invaluable for connecting with peers, mentors, and industry leaders who can provide guidance, insights, and opportunities.” It's the vibe, the community vibe!
