A big milestone today at our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. SVB Chair and co-founder Hasso Plattner stepped down as chairman and retired from an active role in the company after over 5 decades. He now passes the baton to Pekka Ala-Pietilä, who was elected today with 95.5%. Also, we welcome Prof. Ralf Herbrich to the Supervisory Board and congratulate Aicha Evans, Gerd Oswald and Dr. Friederike Rotsch on their re-election. A true visionary and one who has stood the test of time, brought the fortunes to many in so many different ways and taught us all to realise that we have to remain customers first.
