Themed ‘Dare to Dream: Be the Champion of Social Change,’ the competition aims to inspire youths (aged 13 - 17) to address the social issues affecting their community and drive positive change through technology and innovation. 1moI'm writing about an extremely negative experience with the Samsung customer care team. Recently, my Galaxy Z Fold 4 has been intermittently soft locking every time I unfold the phone with any audio on. This is a widespread issue that has been documented all over the internet, and it's due to the flex cable wearing out over time and breaking. As it stands, this is most definitely a manufacturing issue that Samsung knows about but refuses to admit it openly, instead blaming it on wear and tear, while also deflecting the blame by saying "We do not know how you have used the product since purchase".
