For #OurJacobs Senior Program Director Edwin Van Ginkel, managing the design and construction of higher education 📚 facilities that foster career opportunities for students in California is a hole-in-one! ️⛳ ️ When he’s not golfing, Edwin works almost exclusively on major programs for higher education facilities, including leading the program management team for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), the largest community college district in the United States with nine individual colleges.
