Cycling for our Climate – Reverion’s participation in Stadtradeln 2024 🚴   🌱 At Reverion Climate Positive Power isn’t just a catchphrase—it's our mission. We know that individual actions can collectively create a significant impact on our planet.   💚 This year, we proudly participated in Stadtradeln for 21 days. Our ambition was to make a positive environmental impact. As a team, we saved 758 kg of CO2 through riding 4,719 km on our bikes instead of using cars!    🏆 We are also happy to announce that we have secured 1st place in our community! Thanks to everyone who joined the journey and participated!    🚴 Stadtradeln is a competition organized by Klima-Bündnis. The goals are to make an impact on climate protection by saving emissions, to bring attention to the shortcomings of the infrastructure for bike riders, and to promote cycling through this increased awareness.   🌍 Small actions can lead to big changes. Let's continue to work together towards a climate positive future! Our participation on stage at the Green Hydrogen Forum highlighted the enormous interest in our reversible fuel cell technology, proving its crucial role in the energy system. ⚡🔋   Thanks for inviting us to participate in the insightful panel discussion with Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena), 50Hertz Transmission GmbH , and Granular Energy on how Guarantees of Origin (GOs) can help decarbonize the power system, enabling green premiums for renewable energy producers. 🌱 Embracing Renewable Energies for a Sustainable Future Integrating volatile renewable energy generation with our consumption patterns is a significant challenge. At Reverion, we believe that flexible renewable energy generation and storage are key to bridging the gap between generation and consumption. 💡 Hydrogen emerges as a promising solution. Electrolysers can convert surplus electricity into hydrogen, which can later be timely reconverted into electricity via fuel cells. This hydrogen-based power-to-power process enhances the integration of renewables and holds the potential to decarbonize hard-to-abate industrial sectors. ⚡️ At Reverion, we're not just developing revolutionary biogas plants but also pioneering innovative hydrogen technologies.
