The Analyst, Marketing Budget is responsible for supporting the budget management for clients in-house media team, serving as a liaison with finance and marketing leadership. They understand and influence the accounting process, ensuring compliance and adherence to media planning. The Analyst, Marketing Budget implements document organization, including reporting and analyses of monthly media budgets and payments. Ensures compliance with process and practices in addition to offering recommendations that improve marketing outcomes from a financial perspective. The Analyst, Marketing Budget will serve as the in-house lead for budget management, focused on monitoring the monthly paid media budget in partnership with Marketing leadership team and Finance. Ensures costs are properly planned and accruals are set up and current. Reports directly to Manager, Media.   Responsible for opening marketing Purchase Orders (POs) for client’s teams (approx. 90-100 per month) and back-up support for North America marketing team (approx. 100 per month) Receive, organize, process, and assign monthly invoices, ensuring timely payments against media POs in alignment with marketing budgets and accruals. #paidmedia
