Our CEO Sander van 't Noordende had the pleasure of visiting Frankfurt for an inspiring night with Randstad Deutschland, organized by the PROUT AT WORK-Foundation and hosted by IKEA. Dinner Beyond Business brought leaders together to discuss the challenges faced by today’s LGBTQI+ talent. Sander was honoured to join PROUT AT WORK board member, Albert Kehrer on stage for a fireside chat where they explored equity in the workplace and allyship.
