MYKITA ❤️ NY It was a wonderful New York moment for our MYKITA | MONOCLE collaboration! Together with the Monocle team, we celebrated with our local friends and guests at the spacious store in Soho that’s also hosting the Monocle Pop-Up until August 4. Cool drinks, fun chats, and stellar sunglasses – it was all the makings of a perfect summer evening. Thank you so much to everyone for joining us and the store team in NY for the great atmosphere of the night.

The renowned German business publication ZEIT für Unternehmer by ZEIT Verlagsgruppe recently visited MYKITA HAUS for a tour and an interview with founder Moritz Krueger. The result is an intimate look at the various stages of our design and manufacturing process here at the MYKITA HAUS Berlin—from the design room to the shaping, assembling, and final quality control of our frames. Celebrating the MYKITA | MONOCLE launch in Munich – it was such a pleasure to catch up with dear friends and guests who joined us at the beautiful MYKITA Shop location Am Kosttor, where MYKITA founder and creative director Moritz Krueger gave a personal introduction to the exclusive sunglasses collaboration. Special thanks to the MYKITA Shop Munich for their warm hospitality and super atmosphere.

Tokyo-based label TAAKK presented its Spring/Summer 2025 menswear collection on the last day at Paris Fashion Week. It’s time to talk about Chilled Raw – we are introducing this bold new material concept via voluminous, bold sunglasses. This new aesthetic direction for eyewear is currently attracting attention on the Fashion Week circuit. Our surface treatment finds beauty in the unrefined – the raw edges and matt finish of this eyewear tell the story of how it was made. Disrupting the conventional production process leaves marks and imperfections for a unique surface appearance that makes each frame an original. MYKITA at Paris Fashion Week – our third edition in the MYKITA | 032c collaboration previewed at 032c‘s “Everything Counts” Spring/Summer 2025 show. Adding to the office-to-rave atmosphere of the show was TOTO – our oval-shaped frame worn by several of the models in three different tone-on-tone colourways to complement the modern uniform-inspired looks. Congratulations to Maria Koch and the 032c team on their beautiful collection and official moment at Paris Fashion Week.

MYKITA in Bloom - Over the last month, we have been hosting flower-inspired events at selected MYKITA Shops across the globe. It has been such a pleasure to connect with our local customers over beautiful floral arrangements and inspiring new eyewear design. Thank you to everyone who joined us and see you soon again.

For anyone who might have missed it, we wanted to share a little throwback to Cannes Film Festival and one of our favourite long-time MYKITA enthusiasts: Oscar-winning actress and goodwill ambassador for the UN agency for refugees Cate Blanchett, who was wearing STUDIO 14.2 during a talk to advocate for the inclusion of more refugee voices and narratives in the film industry.
