Lowrs takes care of its corporate workers. But in store workers given more to do and minimal raise if any. 3% doesn't cover inflation so take home is less. Also 6 day weeks is exhausting. And not ever know what your schedule is more than 2 weeks out...you can't plan.  I make $1.4 million in sales each year but live paycheck to paycheck. I'm working for corporate.

Lowes does nothing for the lil man. Big bonuses for supervisors and above and shorten hours for associates. When you see you executives brag about your kids working for Lowes it makes me laugh.
