After 39 years at PwC, today is Bob Moritz's last day as the company’s Global Chair — and he's ready to pass the torch. “I have had the privilege of working closely with incoming Global Chair, Mohamed Kande, to ensure a smooth leadership transition,” writes Moritz on LinkedIn. LinkedIn Editor-in-Chief Daniel Roth Roth recently spoke to Moritz about what he's learned as he's about to exit his position. One of his most insightful takeaways after eight years? "If you're helping the team be successful, they'll likely help you be successful." 1wCome back later after getting experience teaching and mentoring and relearning ur knowledge and change the country. People like u succeed later and donate lots of money for needed services for the country. Take a couple of vacations and keep family time a priority. Teach what u learned and what is to come in the future. Get young adults guidance on what might help future generations. Don’t assume children are dumb. Talk to them and watch a little Buddha emerge who you can guide and who guides u to future work as a couple. Be amazed by ur kids.
