Happy International Women in Engineering Day coming this Sunday! Questions that pop in my head are: what soft skills are these engineers bringing to their every day life? not quite sure I'm getting that in the video. Also, if a young woman from an underrepresented and underserved group who faces additional socio-economic barriers into getting inspired and accessing a career in engineering in Europe, whether that is Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, or even in the UK is taking a look at this, how are they getting value from the article itself and the video if the representation and relational aspect is missed? What programs set out by Lego are there to enable them and reassure them? I love seeing some anecdotal voices around the idea that Lego is a great place for women for engineering to work at but how are these engineers being empowered in the business? 🤔. I'm just thinking about the thousands of young girls out there that may come across this.

Thank you lego for taking us around the world and letting us meet the ones that make it all happen! 💖 #InternationalWomenInEngineeringDay!

Great. But you don't need to be a woman in engineering to love the LEGO Group You need to be a #human, #selfidentifying in whatever #gender you wish, while destroying & rebuilding #LEGO technology for the future. #OneBrick at a time.
