The turbulence is often worth it!!!! My family and I were blessed to have the opportunity to take a "Circle Island Tour" of Maui on a helicopter while spending time in Hawaii (shout out to SUNSHINE HELICOPTERS, INC. ) The pilot was excellent and offered us a preference as to how we wanted to do the trip. A) Comfortable but we would miss some things OR B) A bit turbulent but we would see it all Of course we wanted to see it ALL! We flew below the clouds to capture countless videos and photos like the one below which included several amazing waterfalls! The turbulence was SURELY worth it! This is often true in a career as well! Some choose to run for the hills when something out of the ordinary or uncomfortable drops onto their proverbial plates...but those who fly through the turbulence gain amazing skills and become extremely valuable in their respective companies. If your value isn't acknowledged after you fly through turbulence, your newly acquired skills are surely valuable to a new company. It's a win - win to take on a safe level of turbulence. Now...if the pilot told us we might lose control, it obviously wouldn't have been worth the risk. Again...the same goes for your career! If your company is uncontrollably turbulent, do not go down with the helicopter! If your career is becoming unsafely turbulent, please reach out to me, or your favorite Search Advisor today! We will help you land safely! We learned a ton about the island and this fantastic locally owned company shared with us how important tourism is to them. Since the wild fires, travel has been much slower to Maui and there is a lot of misinformation being published on the web! Everything is open and Maui is amazing! Add this slice of paradise to your bucket list and we highly recommend SUNSHINE HELICOPTERS, INC. !!! Angie Piotrowski Lee Halbrich Robert Hart Marc Banz Nancy Davis Legacy Search Advisors
