I found this post to be helpful to me, so I thought I would share it. 🤗 It talks about the importance of checking in with yourself through self-reflection and asking yourself questions like do I like what I am doing in my career? What don't I like? 🤔 I agree it is helpful to have this sort of conversation away from today's distractions like TV 📺, cell phones 📱, music 🎶, and noise 🙉. Writing down your thoughts for just 5 minutes each day would also be helpful to clear your mind and reflect on your thoughts. ☝ Don't skip this process when you are considering making a career change! #selfreflection #mindfulness #career #growth #change #advancement
