This critical role will drive our Staffing sales strategy, expand our client base, and lead our sales team to new levels of success. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the MSP/VMS and direct client staffing sectors. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support. • Manage the sales budget effectively. • Lead high-stakes negotiations and close significant deals. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of Staffing sales experience, with at least 5 years managing MSP Clients. • Experience in selling SOW (Statement of Work) and project-based solutions. • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies within MSP programs. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
