Katharina S. and Charlotte Ball are back in London after a great time at the FCPA & Anti-Corruption for the Life Sciences Industry Forum at the New York City Bar Association last week. The engaging, often collaborative, discussions covered wide-ranging topics from the anti-corruption crackdown in China, challenges for Latin America, to Third Party Management. It was encouraging to speak to so many people dedicated to making our world safer, fairer and more just. A key takeaway was the importance of tailoring your anti-corruption efforts by leveraging technology and artificial intelligence across a multi-tier distribution network.
