Meet Alondra! Alondra began her Gates career seven years ago. She started as an intern in the Human Resources department before accepting a full-time role. Last December, she was promoted to Talent Management Business Partner, supporting our offices in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. She and the Global Talent Team recently won an award for expanding the Leaderships Expeditions program to encompass development opportunities at all levels in the organization, making a significant global impact.
