Before making a donation online this holiday season, let's make sure you're protected from scams and criminals: 🕵️ Research the charity: Before making a donation, do some research! Look for reviews, ratings, and testimonials from other donors. 🔒 Use secure websites: Make sure that the website has "https" in the URL and a padlock symbol in the address bar. 🔗 Avoid clicking on links: Be cautious of emails or social media posts that ask you to click on a link to donate.
