The BIG 4 from Sapphire Orlando (but not that BIG4)... At the recent SAP Sapphire event in Orlando, four industry-leading companies joined SAP Executive Board Members Scott Russell and Thomas Saueressig to discuss how SAP technology is delivering high-value results. Russell emphasized SAP's commitment to innovation and customer success, showcased by the acquisition of WalkMe™ to enhance digital adoption. 1) PureTech Scientific's CIO, Brian Hardee, praised SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for its scalability and rapid 15-week implementation. 2) Tropicana Brands Group's CIO, Jeff Lischett, highlighted how RISE with SAP enabled their accelerated IT transformation, going live in Europe and North America within a year. 3) Hitachi High-Tech Corporation's Takuya Sakai shared their success in reducing 9,000 custom add-ons to just 750 using SAP S/4HANA, enabling yearly upgrades and rapid feature deployment. 4) Fresenius Group CIO Ingo Elfering discussed their transformation journey, migrating 134 systems in 15 months, enhancing efficiency and compliance in the healthcare sector. Reflecting on an Inspiring SAP Sapphire Barcelona Experience!   I had the privilege of participating in SAP Sapphire in the vibrant city of Barcelona, and it was an incredible journey of innovation and collaboration.   One of the most exciting aspects was witnessing AI in action for Discrete Manufacturing Industries. At SAP, we are leveraging AI to help our customers grow, improve efficiency, and drive continuous innovation. From predictive maintenance to smart factory solutions, AI is at the core of transforming manufacturing processes.   I was pleased to host the session "From Factory Floor to Future," which looked at real-world uses of SAP Business AI. The feedback was tremendous! Seeing our customers and partners' passion and participation was really satisfying. Their feedback and success stories demonstrate the concrete impact of our AI -Driven solutions.   A special shoutout to the SAP executive board for their unwavering support and visionary leadership. Their drive to advancing AI technology assures that SAP Business AI is more than just a concept, but a reality that will make a huge difference in the industry. Our success is measured by the success of our customers and we have to be at our best to help them bring out their best. Such a fantastic time yesterday sharing at #SAPSapphire Customer Keynote alongside Thomas Saueressig and our customers. We entered into an agreement to acquire WalkMe™, a prominent leader in digital adoption platforms (DAPs), that perfectly complements SAP Business Transformation portfolio like SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX. This will further enhance SAP customers’ digital adoption and user productivity. We acknowledged that transformation is not just technology, but business opportunities to be continuously driven. The value derived from adopting SAP solutions is already immense and will only get better. We estimate SAP customers to benefit from $2.4 trillion in economic savings and $5.4 trillion in revenue increase when adopting our solutions. It was a pleasure that we were joined by Brian Hardee of PureTech Scientific, Jeff Lischett of Tropicana Brands Group, Ingo Elfering of Fresenius Group and Takuya Sakai of Hitachi High-Tech Corporation. They shared their first-hand experiences in adopting our key solutions like RISE with SAP accelerating with Business AI copilot Joule, to being innovation-ready with clean core ERP.
