Alterra Mountain Company is proud to bring continued awareness to a cause that we care so deeply about in our mountain communities: mental health. After last year's success with "Paradise Paradox" (available to watch on Amazon Prime), this year we are partnering with the Winter Park Film Festival to sponsor their "Alive Film Challenge". This challenge is a filmmaking event focused on mental health and addiction, open to participants worldwide. Films should address these themes through a documentary, narrative, or animated format. The top 3 selected films will be shown at the festival on September 6-8 in Winter Park, Colorado and the final awards ceremony will be at Sunspot Lodge at the top of Winter Park Resort. The winning film will receive a monetary grant, camera rental package, and full production support for the future. Deadline to submit a film is August 11.
