Throughout June, Akima sites took part in the National Safety Council (NSC)'s #NationalSafetyMonth. The training promoted safety awareness and practices among employees, along with spreading the message of how crucial our individual "why" is when it comes to workplace safety for all. The overall participation across Akima amplified the impact and awareness we all bring to our world of safety, both individually and collectively. The value of pausing to remember the reason why we make the choice to work safely every day is of the utmost importance in our pursuit of safety.
